This policy explains what information we collect on gdstore.online and how we use it. We keep it simple: we only use your details to serve you.

- Order and enquiry details: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), delivery address, area, city, pincode, landmark, preferred delivery date and notes.
- Payment information: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive only the payment status and payment/order reference numbers — never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser type, used to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To process your order, call you to confirm delivery and installation, and provide warranty service.
- To reply to your enquiries on call, WhatsApp or email.
- To send you an order confirmation email (if you gave your email).
- To keep records required for our business and by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Razorpay, our payment gateway, to process payments (see Razorpay's own privacy policy).
- Our hosting and email providers, who store our website data and deliver our emails.
- Government authorities, only if required by law.
Where it is stored and for how long
Order details are stored on our web hosting server in a private folder that is not publicly accessible, and in our business email. We keep order records for as long as needed for warranty, accounts and legal requirements.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages use your browser's temporary session storage only for page animations. The Razorpay payment window may set its own cookies needed for secure payments.
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and animation scripts from public code libraries (cdnjs, unpkg), and the contact page shows Google Maps. These services receive your IP address when your browser loads them, as with any website.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal details by calling, WhatsApping or emailing us. We may need to keep some order records where the law requires.
