We want you to be happy with your GD LED TV. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed on gdstore.online.
Cancelling an order
- Before delivery: call or WhatsApp us on +91 81078 52260 with your order ID to cancel. [CONFIRM: refund amount when cancelled before delivery — e.g. full amount paid, including any booking advance]
- Booking advance: [CONFIRM: is the booking advance refundable if the customer cancels? If yes, in full or after a deduction?]
- After delivery and installation: orders cannot be cancelled once the TV is delivered and installed in working condition. Problems after installation are handled under the 1-year warranty.
Damaged or faulty TV at delivery
Please check the TV when our technician installs it. If the TV is damaged or not working at installation, tell the technician straight away and we will [CONFIRM: repair or replace the TV — please confirm, and the time limit for reporting, e.g. at installation / within 48 hours].
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver to your address (for example, some locations outside Kota) or cannot fulfil your order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount you paid online.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds for online payments go back to the same payment method (UPI, card or bank account) through Razorpay.
- We start the refund within [CONFIRM: e.g. 2 working days] of the cancellation being accepted. Your bank or card company may take [CONFIRM: e.g. 5–7 working days] more to show it in your account.
- Amounts paid in cash at delivery are refunded [CONFIRM: in cash / by UPI / bank transfer].
Failed payments
If a payment fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually returned automatically by your bank or Razorpay. If it is not, WhatsApp us your payment ID and we will help.
