These terms apply when you order a GD LED TV on gdstore.online, on WhatsApp, by phone or at our shop. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who we are
gdstore.online is run by GD Electronic (Gurudev Electronic), Kota, Rajasthan. We repair LED TVs, sell our own GD brand LED TVs assembled in Kota, and sell TV spare parts to technicians.
Products and prices
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are the final amount shown on the order page at the time you order.
- We may change prices from time to time. The price you see when you pay is the price of your order.
- If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will call you before delivery. You can then continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund of what you paid.
Payment
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and other methods Razorpay offers). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- You can pay the full price online, or pay a booking advance online and the balance at delivery / installation by cash or UPI.
- Your order is confirmed once your online payment succeeds. We then call you to confirm delivery and installation.
Delivery and installation
We deliver and install in Kota. Installation is free. For addresses outside Kota, we will call you to confirm whether and how delivery is possible. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.
Warranty
- Every GD LED TV comes with a 1-year warranty.
- The warranty can be extended to 2 years; extension charges apply.
- What the warranty covers and does not cover: [CONFIRM: e.g. manufacturing defects in panel/board; not physical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or tampering by others — please confirm]

Your responsibilities
Please give a correct name, mobile number and full address, and be available on the confirmed delivery date. Please check the TV at installation and tell our technician about any problem right away.
Limitation
We are responsible for the products and services we sell as described in these terms and under Indian law. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at [CONFIRM: Kota, Rajasthan].
