This policy explains how we deliver and install GD LED TVs ordered on gdstore.online.
Where we deliver
- Kota: we deliver and install your TV at your address.
- Outside Kota: we will call you to confirm whether delivery is possible, the timeline and any delivery charges before dispatch. If we cannot deliver, you get a full refund of the amount paid online.
Delivery charges
Delivery within Kota: [CONFIRM: free / amount]. Outside Kota: we tell you on call before dispatch; nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
When you will get your TV
- After your order is confirmed, we call you during working hours (Monday–Saturday, 10am–10pm) to fix a delivery and installation time.
- You can choose a preferred delivery date on the order page. We try to match it and confirm the final date on call.
- Usual delivery time in Kota: [CONFIRM: e.g. within 1–3 working days of order].
- We do not deliver on Sundays.
Installation
Installation is free with every GD LED TV. Our technician sets up the TV and checks it is working. [CONFIRM: wall-mount bracket included or charged separately?]
Balance payment
If you paid a booking advance online, please pay the balance at delivery / installation by cash or UPI.
At delivery
Please make sure someone is available at the address, and check the TV during installation. Tell our technician right away about any damage or problem.
